Can I modify/cancel my subscription plan?
Of course! If you want to change your subscription plan, just visit your Account section and modify your subscription plan. Cancellation is also easy with the click of a button.
I have a subscription, but I still have too much product. Can I skip a shipment?
Yes, you can! In the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section, we give you an option to either skip a shipment or reschedule your delivery by 7 or 14 days.
How do I pay for my monthly subscription?
Once you select a subscription plan, we will send a payment reminder every month, a few days before your shipment is due, along with a payment link. You can use convenient channels like Razorpay (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking & Wallets) to complete the payment.
How do I know which subscription plan is good for me?
You receive 8 Gums with one pack of Nicosure Gum and 8 lozenges with one pack of Nicosure Lozenges. So depending on the number of tobacco urges you aim to resist in a day, you can pick between our subscriptions – Pack of 3 (24 pieces), Pack of 6 (48 pieces), Pack of 9 (72 pieces) or Pack of 12 (96). If you require more or less, you can also customize your subscription plan based on your requirement.
