Delivery and Shipment
All capitalised terms used but not defined under this section shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the Terms of Use.
- You shall check if Product(s) can be delivered to the delivery location by entering the correct pin code of the delivery location at the product page. The serviceability of Your delivery location will depend upon the sole discretion of a Seller depending on whether a Seller provides shipping facility to the delivery location, legal restrictions (if any) applicable to the delivery location and/or availability of reliable courier partners servicing the delivery location.
- Orders placed by You on the Platform are typically processed within 1 (one) or 2 (two) business days from the date of purchase. The Products ordered will be delivered to You within 3 (three) to 8 (eight) business days, depending on the geographic location of the delivery address. At times when We/Sellers are experiencing high volume of orders or due to force majeure events, shipments may get delayed.
- Once Your order is dispatched, You will receive an email or SMS updating You with the details of the time and progress of the delivery. If Your order is dispatched in more than 1 (one) package, You may receive a separate email or SMS for each package.
- On the date of delivery, the person delivering the Product may reach out to You (on the number shared by You at the time of placing Your order/registering on the Platform) to confirm Your presence to receive the order.
- You are requested to be available on the date of delivery since the Products will either be hand delivered to You or to someone available at the delivery address to collect the order on Your behalf; in which case You are deemed responsible to ensure that a minor does not take delivery of the Products.
- A maximum of 3 (three) attempts will be made from the date of delivery onwards, to deliver the Product at the address indicated as the delivery point at the time of placing the order, post which the order will be cancelled. Additional shipping/courier charges may be included and will be levied as per the discretion of the seller.
- We do not take responsibility for an incorrect address that was provided at the time of placing the order. In case of an incorrect address, the Product will be returned by the rider and, and except for reduction of any courier or other pick-up charges borne by Us towards return of the Products, full refund will be given to You.
- If your order is not delivered but appears ‘delivered’ as per the information available on the Platform, You may send Us a message on Still Need Help, or an e-mail at care@nicosure.in from Your registered e-mail address, stating Your order confirmation number, as printed on the payment receipt, highlighting this discrepancy. Once we receive your message and/or email in this regard, we shall make endeavors to deliver the product if undelivered.
- For each order, a shipment charge will have to be paid by the customer. The exact shipment charges for the order will be shown to the customer at the order checkout page which may vary depending on the delivery location. These charges are levied at the discretion of the seller, and certain orders may also be exempted from shipping charges.
