Cancellation and Replacement
All capitalised terms used but not defined under this section shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the Terms of Use.
- An order placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
- If We suspect any fraudulent transaction by any User or any transaction which defies these Terms of Use of using the Platform, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
- You are entitled to a 100% replacement of your order in case You received something else than what You ordered, Your order reached You in a distorted manner, Products delivered to you are defective or spurious, or if the Products are not of the characteristics or features as advertised, or as agreed to, or if such Products are delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except of such delay is due to force majeure. If Your order includes multiple items, partial replacement of the required items is also possible. If purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for replacement.
- Replacement will be initiated within 48 (forty eight) hours from the time of receipt of order by the User. The Product must be in an unused state before seeking a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery of the Product. The replacement will be confirmed only once the returned Product is checked & verified to meet the pre-requisites, by all the concerned teams.
- A request for replacement may be initiated by You by sending Us a message on Still Need Help or an e-mail at care@nicosure.in from your registered e-mail address stating Your order confirmation number, as printed on the payment receipt, and briefly the reason for seeking a replacement. Once We receive Your request for replacement, You will receive an e-mail and/or SMS confirming that We have received your request.
- Any request for replacement will be accepted only after inspection of the Product. Once the replacement request is placed with the customer service, the logistics partner may arrange for a pickup of the Product from the address provided at the time of placing the order within 3 (three) working days. Maximum 2 (two) attempts will be made for the pickup. Once the Product is received, it takes about 1 (one) working day for inspection team to confirm on the replacement. On confirmation of the genuine need for replacement of the Product, we shall replace the desired Product in 3 (three) to 8 (eight) working days.
